subway Valley is the name of a short film written and directed by Hossein Ekrami. As the earth’s temperature rises, the polar glaciers are melting and the groundwater is rising. In the meantime, the groundwater rises above the level of the subway and the roof of the tunnel cracks it and enters the subway rail.
Sefidgooy has used very heavy simulations and particles to make the water that enters the subway. The filmed images were composited with CG images and finally, the flood plan was made on the subway rail.
On the other hand, the king who rules the world sits in his palace on top of Mount Olympus and watches the world fall under him. The world that brought his day down. The construction of the king’s palace along with the outside environment was a challenge that could only be done by the visual effects experts of Sefidgooy. Making water in 3D space and combining it with reality requires complex and accurate simulations.
